This is the Eastern Norway County Network’s privacy policy

Privacy is important to us, and we want all visitors to our website to feel secure. Consequently, we are careful to process all personal information in accordance with applicable laws. This applies to your name, telephone number, e-mail address and other information you provide when contacting the Eastern Norway County Network. Our data protection official is Jon Petter Arntzen, Head of the Secretariat. You always have the right to access, correct, limit, delete or transfer the personal information you have provided to the Eastern Norway County Network. Inquiries should be directed to our data protection official. Everyone who provides personal information also has the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority if the information is processed in violation of the rules.

Collection of personal information for events

When you register for our events via the registration form here on our website, you send in personal information such as name, telephone number, e-mail address, employer and if you have allergies with regards to lunch. The information is stored safely and securely and is only used in connection with the event and in connection with infection control (imposed by Viken County for the purposes of infection tracking if necessary). We never disclose your personal information to third parties.
